The De Portola Estate Winery is located on the De Portola Wine Trail in the city of Temecula in southern California. Temecula Valley Wine Country spans more than 33,000 acres – the largest viticultural area in Southern California – yet is one of the state’s best-kept secrets. First planted in 1968, the region is now home to nearly 50 wineries, from boutique to large-production, rustic to modern. The De Portola winery has a rustic, upscale appeal to it. The estate feel of the winery is so luxurious, you’ll feel like you’re on a televised show but better because you’re actually there.
The interior includes a large wine tasting hall and a dining room where guests can enjoy a gourmet meal. The dining room has a distinct rustic elegant charm with high ceilings lined with decorative wood beams and stylish ceiling fans. The venue has a southwestern theme utilizing the natural colors of the surrounding areas with the walls and polished tiled floors in earth tones. Tall windows bathe the room in natural sunlight and decorative, western style chandeliers provide additional light when needed.
The winery ordered our bar height plain back booths with extended wood legs in black finish. Handcrafted and American made, the booths were customized to meet the exact needs of the winery’s interior with the seats upholstered in Monte Carlo sand vinyl. The back was upholstered in Tahoe Highlands slate fabric. The dual tone booths that were places along the length of the walls fits in seamlessly with the winery’s tables, bar stools and prominent décor elements.

It also goes well with the decorative wood paneling on the walls, enhancing the interior design. They also go well with the solid wood tables and bar stools. The Tahoe Highlands slate fabric contrasts nicely with the earth tones and also match the side chairs upholstered in a similar color fabric.
